A: Office massage is a type of massage & bodywork service that is provided to employees within the workplace. The aim is to reduce stress, increase productivity and boost the overall health and well-being of employees.

A: First, contact us to book or use our booking system a date then at your appointment time, then one of our experienced office massage therapist’s will arrive at your workplace with a specially designed massage table and some chilled funky music (if you wish) so they can provide wonderful messages to all your staff.

All your staff have to do is get on the massage table and completely stop for a bit and enjoy our office massage service.

A: It depends on the office massage service provider. Some providers may require a contract, while others may not. It is always recommended to carefully review the terms and conditions of the service before signing a contract.

A: Massage can help improve focus, reduce stress, and increase productivity. While it is possible for some employees to feel overly relaxed after a massage, most employees find that they are able to return to work with a renewed sense of energy and focus.

A: Sure Thing. For smaller companies, our minimum booking time is 1h hours. So you can divide 120 minutes between how many of you want a massage.

For larger companies, you can book as many massage therapists as you require. We can always find cover if your therapist is away or unwell.

A: Yes! We provide gift certificates for massages that you can purchase for your personnel as awards, or for other companies you do business with.

Office massage loyalty discounts:

We are currently offering 10% to 25% discount to companies who pay for a 6-12 months of office massage up front. The discount depends on how often you’ve booked for.

Please get in touch, via email if you’re interested in any of the above as our office massage rates are flexible and designed to meet the unique needs of each client.

A: You can choose between 15-30 minutes. From our experience, little and often has better benefits for the company than long massages.

Most of our companies opt for 15 minutes for each person because they have more than 20 employees and want as many people as possible in the office to receive a massage.

Even a 15-minute table massage provides enough time for a person to release tension and relax and yet be ready to get back on with their work feeling appreciated, relaxed and more productive.

A: The best place for office massage treatments to take place include:

meeting rooms, break rooms, or quiet areas are ideal as this allows employees to completely switch off for 15 minutes or so.

If this isn’t possible a quiet corner will suffice as our massage table don’t take up a lot of space : )

A: Our massages are performed fully clothed or with use of oil/massage cream and you just wear whatever you feel comfortable. (Although the best clothes for massage are cotton based, it is much better for the therapist to massage through rather than synthetic material.

A: Our fully qualified office masseuse will bring a relaxing massage table and their magic hands and if you wish some funky chilled music.

You only need to make room for us in a tiny area. If you want to get the most out of the massages, a quiet room is recommended.

A: If you are booking an Office Massage session for the first time, we accept payment by credit card and then after that we will send an invoice each month or after each session.

A: We usually work with companies who pay for the office massage service or cover some of the cost as part of their employee’s health and well-being program.

Minimum booking time:

We have a 2 hour minimum booking time to send massage practitioners to your company.

Payment methods:

For ongoing clients our preferred method of payment is direct payment to our bank account. We will email you an invoice each month or after every visit.

Book on-line from our website using any major debit or credit card.

A: You can book and confirm your Office massage & bodywork now on-line. Just select how many hours you require, add to your basket and complete the checkout process. Once booked we will contact you to confirm a date that is suitable for you.

Cancellation Policy:

If a booking is canceled within 48 hours of the booking, we may charge a 50% cancellation fee.
